1/2 cup butterscotch chips
1/2 cup toasted pecan pieces*
1/2 cup dark brown sugar, packed
1 cup % 2B 1 cup buttermilk biscuit baking mix, separated
1/2 cup extra dark brown sugar, packed
*Toast the pecan pieces in microwave for 1-5 minutes,
stirring every minute until toasted.

| Instructions |
| Use a one quart, wide-mouth canning jar. Pack each layer. Into the jar place the butterscotch chips, the pecans, the dark brown sugar, the buttermilk biscuit baking mix, the extra dark brown sugar, and the other cup of biscuit baking mix. Add more butterscotch chips to jar if any space is left. Seal and decorate jar, and attach the recipe tag to the jar.
