Chicken Stew
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch strips
10 Brussels sprouts, cut in half
2 cans (19 ounces each) Progresso? ready-to-serve lentil soup
1 cup baby-cut carrots
1 cup garlic-flavored bagel chips or croutons, if desired
Instructions
Mix all ingredients except bagel chips in Dutch oven. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is no longer pink in center and vegetables are tender. Top each serving with bagel chips.
