Country Kitchen Salsa
4 c. ripe tomatoes, cored and chopped
5 jalapeno peppers, seeded, cored and chopped
2 med. yellow onions, peeled and chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, cored, seeded and chopped
1 c. canned tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tbsp. fresh coriander, chopped
1-1/2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together. Store in plastic bowl in refrigerator. Keep covered. It will keep several days but is best used in 24 hours.
