Pork Chop Casserole
4 pork chops
1 green pepper
1 onion (medium size)
1 can chicken noodle soup
2 or 3 stalks celery, chopped
1 can creamed corn
1/2 pkg. egg noodles
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup potato chips, crushed
Instructions
Brown pork chops in frying pan (season with salt and pepper). Add chopped green pepper and onion; cover with water and simmer until tender (approximately 1 hour). Cook noodles and celery together (but don't cook celery too much, leave a little crunchy.) Drain noodles and celery and put in casserole dish, along with creamed corn and soup. Cut pork chops into pieces and add to casserole. Add mixture from frying pan and mix together. Crumble potato chips on top and bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 1/2 hour. Serves 4..
