2/3 c. shoestring potato sticks
1/2 c. roasted sunflower seeds
2 tbsp. imitation bacon bits
2 tbsp. salad seasonings
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. seasoned pepper |

| Instructions |
Break potato sticks into small pieces. Combine with remaining ingredients in a small bowl. To serve, sprinkle generously over green salads. Store in air tight containers. Yield:1 1/2 cups of sprinkles. .
