3 c. cooked mashed sweet potato 1 stick margarine 1 c. sugar 2 eggs 1/4 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. salt 1 c. coconut
Topping: 1/2 c. flour 1 c. brown sugar 1 stick margarine 1 c. chopped nuts
Instructions
Mix all ingredients and put in baking dish. Mix topping ingredients and pour over potatoes. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
