Crock Pot Zucchini And Chicken
1/2 cup cooked chicken, cubed or shredded
6 c. zucchini thinly sliced
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. shredded carrots
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. flour
1 (8 oz.) stuffing bread crumbs
1/2 c. margarine
Instructions
Combine chicken, zucchini, onions, carrots, and soup. Combine sour cream and flour and stir into vegetables. Toss crumbs and butter. Put half crumbs on bottom of crock pot, then vegetables; put remainder of crumbs on top. Cook on low for 7 hours.
