1 stick margarine
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1-1/2 c. whole wheat pastry flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. oats
8-10 oz. chocolate chips
1-2 c. pecans |

| Instructions |
| Mix together margarine, oil, and eggs. Mix together sugars, and vanilla. Sift together flour, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Mix all together, adding oats, chocolate chips, and pecans. Bake on cookie sheet at 375 degrees. Z
