1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 stick oleo (margarine)
Salt % 26 pepper
1/2 to 2/3 c. Minute Rice
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/4 c. onions (may use dried)

| Instructions |
Cook broccoli in microwave, drain. Add other ingredients. Microwave 3 to 4 minutes, stir. Continue to mix until rice is tender and cheese is melted (add milk if too dry). OR: Microwave broccoli, drain. Mix cheese and soup. Put broccoli in bottom of dish, pour cheese and soup over it. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Cook at 350 degrees until it bubbles.
