1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 tbsp. water
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar or American
cheese
1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. cooked diced ham
1 c. minute rice
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce |

| Instructions |
Place broccoli, onions and water in covered 2 quart casserole dish. Microwave full power, 5 minutes. Blend in soup, cheese and milk. Mix well and then add remaining ingredients and mix again. Cover and microwave on high for 8 minutes, stirring once. Serves 4-6. .
