Mix in the order above. Bake pie shells 350 degrees for 10 min. Let cool. Put pie shells and plates on top oven grate and pour pumpkin mixture into pie plates slowly to avoid a mess. Bake pies at 375 degrees for 45 min to 1 hour or until a knife can be inserted in the center and comes out clean. Hide the knife mark with a half of a pecan or half of a walnut if you wish. Serve cooled pies with cool whip, dream whip or frothed, beaten cream.
