1 package (3 oz.) Jello-O Orange-Pineapple or Orange Gelatin 1/8 teaspoon salt 1 cup boiling water 3/4 cup orange juice 1/2 teaspoon grated orange rind 1 egg white |

| Instructions |
| Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water in a bowl. Add orange juice and rind. Place bowl of gelatin in larger bowl of ice and water, stir until slightly thickened. Add egg white; whip with rotary beater or electric mixer until fluffy, thick, and about double in volume. Pile lightly in dessert glasses or pour into an 8-inch square pan. Chill until firm -- about 3 hours. If pan is used, cut into rectangles before serving. Serve with Birds Eye Quick Thaw Strawberries or sweetened sliced fresh strawberries, if desired.
