1 can cream style corn 1 can whole grain corn, drained 1 medium onion, chopped 1/2 medium Bell pepper, chopped 1- 2 ounce jar pimento, drained and chopped 2/3 cup milk 1 egg, beaten 1 cup crushed saltine crackers 1 cup grated cheddar cheese 1/4 c. melted butter or margarine 2 tablespoons sugar Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients. Place in a buttered 2 quart casserole dish. Bake in a preheated 350F oven for 1 hour.
