6 eggs
1 lb. sausage
2 c. milk
1 c. grated cheese
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. oregano

| Brown and drain sausage. Mix remaining ingredients and put in 2 quart greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, until brown. |
