1 (9 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
1/2 c. pineapple tidbits
1/2 c. seedless green grapes
1/2 c. chopped celery
6 ripe olives, pitted and sliced
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Lettuce leaves
Combine all ingredients, except lettuce; mix lightly. Chill. Spoon onto lettuce leaves either on individual plates or in a salad bowl. Makes 5 to 6 servings.
