1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Chopped nuts
3 lbs. apples
Lemon juice |

| Combine all ingredients except apples. Cut apples into slices. Cover with water and lemon juice. Chill. Drain before serving.
