2-1/2 c. applesauce
4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
Powdered sugar
5 envelopes Knox unflavored gelatin |

| Instructions |
| Applesauce should be dry with little juice. Combine 1 cup applesauce with gelatin. Add rest of 1-1/2 cups applesauce to sugar, then combine. Cook 15 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla and nuts. Pour into buttered pan. Cool. Cut in squares and roll in powdered sugar. |
