2 eggs 3/4 c. sweet milk 2 1/3 c. baking mix (Bisquick) 2 tbsp. sugar 1/4 c. oil 8 slices bacon, fried, drained, crumbled |

| Instructions |
| Beat eggs with mixer on high speed for 5 minutes, or until thick and lemon color. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Cook as usual turning once.
