2 c. Bisquick mix 2 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Dash of ground nutmeg 5 beaten eggs 1/2 c. beer 2 tbsp. oil
Instructions
Mix biscuit mix, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir together eggs, beer and cooking oil. Add dry ingredients. Cook as pancakes. Makes 10-12 (4 inch) pancakes.
