Snowball Cookies

1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1/3 c. soft oleo
2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1-2 tsp. water

| Instructions |
| Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix sugar and oleo. Stir in Bisquick, nuts and vanilla. Add enough water to moisten dough. Shape into 1" balls. Place on ungreased sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes (set, not brown). Remove immediately. Cool 5 minutes on rack. Shake in bowl with confectioners' sugar. Makes 3 dozen.
