3 c. Bisquick baking mix 2/3 c. sugar 1/3 c. Gold Medal flour 1 egg 1/2 c. milk 1 c. mashed bananas 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1/2 c. cut up dried apricots
Instructions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine baking mix, sugar, flour, egg, milk and bananas. Beat vigorously for 1/2 minute. Stir in nuts and apricots. Pour batter into greased loaf pans, 9 x 5 x 3 inches. Bake 50-60 minutes. If desired, can be topped with cream cheese.
