Buttermilk Waldorf Salad
1 (3 oz.) sugar free lemon Jello 1 c. boiling water 1 c. buttermilk 1 c. apple, chopped 1/4 c. celery, chopped 1/4 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
Instructions
Dissolve Jello in boiling water, stir in buttermilk. Chill until partially set. Fold in other ingredients and pour in mold. Chill until set.
