Wow! My wife woke up this morning and we both decided we wanted waffles. I didn't have a recipe handy, so off to AliciasRecipes.com I go. I tried the "Light and Fluffy Waffles" recipe with a couple changes and how very satisfying they were! I used two tablespoons honey instead of sugar and mixed it in with the wet ingredients. I also sliced a banana into the wet ingredients before mixing with an electric hand mixer. After cooking, the banana taste with butter and real maple syrup was incredible. The only thing that might have improved upon this is some chopped walnuts either sprinkled on top of the cooked waffle or thrown into the mix. Definitely a keeper and easy! Try it!

Excellent recipe! The waffles cooked in 4 minutes in my waffle iron and I got 18 waffles out of this recipe. As the previous commenter said, it was easy.
