2 (14 oz) cans Italian-Style sliced tomatoes 2 c. beef broth or bouillon 1 onion, sliced 1 sm. red or green bell pepper, seeded, sliced 1 c. sliced mushrooms 1 lb. smoked sausage links, thinly sliced 1 tsp. chopped fresh oregano 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese |

| In slow cooker, combine tomatoes, broth, onion, pepper, mushrooms, sausage % 26 oregano. Cover % 26 cook on low for 7-8 hrs. Spoon into individual bowls. Top with cheese. Serve with garlic bread % 26 a mixed green salad.
