| Instructions |
| Preheat oven to 325øf. Sift together, flour, salt, baking powder, and 2 tsp. sugar. Cut in 2/3 of butter and blend mixture well. Make well in center and add the 3 egg yolks and the water. Stir mixture until it becomes a dough. Knead dough thoroughly, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate it for 1 hour. Turn dough out onto lightly floured surface and roll into thin circle. Crimp edges to form 1 inch collar. Transfer shell to baking sheet, sprinkle it with bread crumbs, and dot it with the remaining butter. Arrange plums in rows in shell. Sprinkle them with 1 cup of the sugar. In bowl, beat 2 egg yolks until they are smooth. Stir in remaining 2 tbsp. sugar and cream and pour mixture over plums. Bake tart for 45 minutes.
