6 med. (2 lbs) sweet potatoes
1 1/2 cups applesauce
2/3 cup brown sugar
3 T. butter melted
1 tsp. cinnamon |

| Instructions |
| Wash and peel sweet potatoes. Cut into 1 inch cubes. Place in 2 or 3 qt slow cooker. In a small bowl mix rest of the ingredients and spoon over potatoes. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or until potatoes are tender. Makes 6 servings.
