2 small packages lime Jell-O 2 cups boiling water 2 cups evaporated milk 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 cup cottage cheese 2 cups crushed pineapple (drained) 1 cup chopped pecans Miniature marshmallows
Instructions
Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water and let cool slightly. Stir in other ingredients and pour into dish or mold. Add miniature marshmallows and press down with spoon (Marshmallows will stay on top). Chill until firm. Enjoy!!!!!!!!
