14 marshmallows 19 graham crackers (1 1/2 cups) 3/4 cup dates 3/4 cup chopped walnuts 1/2 pint heavy cream, whipped |

| Instructions |
| Cut up marshmallows and dates, then add to chopped walnuts. Roll out graham crackers into fine crumbs: add to mixture saving enough to roll mixture in. Whip cream and fold into mixture. On wax paper with hands make a roll about 20 inches long and 2 inches thick. Roll in remaining crumbs. Wrap in waxed paper and then again in foil. Refrigerate a day or so before serving. Cut in 1 inch pieces when ready to serve. Keep refrigerated.
