8 oz. ground turkey or beef (90% lean) 1/4 c. chopped green pepper 1/4 c. minced onion 1 c. tomato sauce 1 tbsp. brown sugar replacement 1 tsp. prepared mustard 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 can of 8 flaky biscuits 1 1/2 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese |

| Instructions |
| Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brown ground meat, green pepper and onions in skillet sprayed with cooking spray. Add tomato sauce, brown sugar replacement, mustard, salt and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes. Place each biscuit in an ungreased muffin cup, pressing dough up sides to edge of cup. Spoon meat mixture into cups. Bake 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with cheese and continue to bake until cheese melts. Serves 8. |
