Chicken Biscuit Dumplings
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 1/4 c. water
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onion
3 (5 oz.) chopped boned chicken
1/4 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/8 tsp. pepper
Instructions
Combine first five ingredients in 3 quart saucepan and heat until bubbly. Combine remaining ingredients and put in bowl. Roll biscuit into 4" circle and place 1/4 cup chicken mixture on each. Cook in tightly covered hot soup mixture on medium heat 15 to 20 minutes until dumplings are not doughy. Makes enough for 4. .
