1-1/2 lbs. round steak, cut into 2" strips 1 c. seasoned tomato juice 1 c. finely chopped celery 1 green pepper, finely chopped 1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms 1 pkg. frozen okra
Instructions
Combine first 4 ingredients in crock pot. Cook on high for 1 hour. Cook on low for 7 hours. Add mushrooms and okra, mixing well. Cook on low for 1 hour longer. Serve over noodles. Makes 8 servings.
