Less than 1/4 c. vinegar
3 tbsp. Cornstarch
1 lg. can pineapple chunks (drained)
2 tbsp. Catsup
1/2 c. green pepper (chopped)
2 lbs. boneless pork (1 inch pieces)
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. corn syrup
1 lg. Onion

| Brown pork in corn oil. Layer pork, green pepper and onion in crockpot. Mix cornstarch with 3 tablespoons water, add remaining ingredients and pour over pork. Cook on low 4 hours or until tender
