Chicken Breasts And Stuffing

1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 package stuffing mix
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1 med onion -- chopped
1 can chicken broth
8 chicken breasts

Instructions

Put soups and 1/2 of broth in crock pot. Stir well. Salt and pepper chicken breasts and add to the soup. Sautâ€š onions in butter and add remaining chicken broth. Stir well. Pour on top of chicken breasts. Cook for one hour on high and then turn to low for 4-5 hours. You can cook this on low but it will take 6 hours or more.
