Strawberry Pizza Pie

2 c. flour
1 c. softened butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Instructions

Mix together well and spread in jelly roll pan. Bake until edges are lightly browned (350 degrees about 20 minutes). 8 oz. softened cream cheese
3/4 c. sour cream

Mix together well and spread over cooled crust. Top with sliced strawberries then glaze.

GLAZE
1 cup strawberry juice, mix with 1-2 tablespoons cornstarch, cook until thick. Sweeten to taste and pour over sliced strawberries.
