Caesar Salad Dressing
1- 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. salt
1-1/2 c. vinegar
1 egg
1 qt. salad 011
1 tbsp. A-1 sauce
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
1 clove of garlic, pressed
Instructions
Place sugar, mustard and salt in bowl; add enough vinegar to make a paste. Add egg; add oil and remaining vinegar alternately until all
are used, beating constantly. Add A-1 sauce, hot sauce and garlic. Dressing for fresh fruit salads may be made by omitting garlic and
adding 1 small grated onion and 1/2 teaspoon celery seed.
