Marshmallow Salad Dressing (cooked)
2 eggs, separated
3 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of paprika
12 marshmallows, quartered
1/2 c. sour cream
Instructions
Combine egg yolks, vinegar, mustard, salt and paprika in top of double boiler; place over hot water. Cook, stirring constantly, until
mixture thickens. Add marshmallows; stir until smooth. Cool; fold in stiffly beaten egg whites and sour cream. Stir dressing before
serving.
