Sour Cream Salad Dressing (cooked)
3 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
1 c. cider vinegar
3 tbsp. lemon Juice
3 eggs
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. celery salt
Dash of cayenne
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. sour cream
Instructions
Scald vinegars and lemon juice; beat eggs with sugar, mustard, salts and cayenne. Add hot vinegar; simmer until thickened, stirring
constantly. Remove from heat. Add melted butter; beat until smooth. Add sour cream; beat again. Yield: 2 cups.
