1 can crushed drained pineapple 1 c. pitted Bing cherries, drained 1 c. miniature marshmallows 2 tbsp. cherry juice 1 c. heavy cream, whipped 1/4 c. maraschino cherries |

| Instructions |
| Combine pineapple, cherries and marshmallows. Add cherry juice to whipped cream; fold in fruit mixture. Arrange maraschino cherries on bottom of greased loaf pan; pour in salad. Freeze until firm. Slice salad and serve on lettuce leaf. Yields 6 to 8 servings. |
