1 med. cabbage, shredded fine
2 stalks celery, sliced thinly
1/2 c. diced green pepper & diced
radishes
1 sm. onion, thinly sliced into rings
Shavings from 1 sm. carrot
Sprinkle 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 cup water over the shredded cabbage. Let stand for 1 hour and then squeeze out the fluid. Blend the ingredients with a fork. Mix: 1 c. water
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed
Bring the above to boil and boil for 1 minute. Let cool. Pour over the cabbage mixture, stir with fork and freeze.
