1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry flavored
Jello gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate
3 c. thawed non-dairy whipped topping
1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can pear halves
Drain and chop fruits. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add concentrate and stir until melted. Chill until slightly thickened. Blend in whipped topping and fold in fruit. Pour into 9"x5" loaf pan. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours. Unmold and slice. Garnish if desired. Makes 12 servings.
