Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 c. diced apples
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. broken nuts
1/2 c. chopped dates
1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/4 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise |

| Instructions |
| Stir lemon juice into apples to prevent discoloration. Add remaining ingredients;
mix well. Chill until ready to serve. Serve on crisp lettuce.
Yield: 6 servings. |
