4 large apples, diced 2 bananas, diced 1 c. miniature marshmallows 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1 egg, beaten 2 tbsp. butter 1-1/2 tbsp. vinegar
Instructions
Combine apples, bananas and marshmallows. Blend sugar, salt, egg, butter and vinegar. Cook in top of double boiler until thickened; cool. Pour dressing over apple mixture; serve on lettuce, if desired. Yield: 8 servings.
