Apricot Jell-o Mold
2-1 pound cans apricots, drained
2-3 ounce packages orange Jello
3 c. sour cream
2 cups hot water
cherries, nuts or Cool Whip for garnish if desired
Instructions
Dissolve Jell-O in hot water. Mix pitted apricots with sour cream using electric mixer or blender until well blended, add to Jell-O mixture and mix well. Pour mixture into lightly greased mold and chill until firm.
