66 vanilla wafers
1 c. walnuts
1 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 c. orange juice
3 tbsp. honey
1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar

| Instructions |
| Place wafers in heavy plastic bag and crush with rolling pin until fine crumbs. Should have little less then 3 cups. Pour in large bowl. Place walnuts in plastic bag and crush with rolling pin into tiny crumbs and put in bowl. Use wooden spoon and stir in 1 cup of powdered sugar and cocoa. Add orange juice and honey. Stir until well mixed. Add 1-2 tablespoons of orange juice, if needed. Use 1 tablespoon of mixture for each cookie. Shape into ball. Roll balls in 1/2 cup powdered sugar, shake off extra sugar. Store in airtight container. Makes about 40. |
