10 eggs, beaten
5 c. butter or margarine, melted (10 cubes)
3 c. honey
1-1/2 c. milk
10 c. quick oats
3 (12 oz.) bags chocolate chips
3 c. raisins
Add above ingredients in order given, then add: 7-1/2 c. flour (white or whole wheat
pastry)
To the last cup of flour add:
2-1/2 tsp. baking soda
2-1/2 tsp. salt
5 tsp. cinnamon |

| Instructions |
Stir with a fork to fluff and add to liquid ingredients. Drop by large tablespoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 350. Don't overcook or they come out dry. This is a cake type cookie, it's a big batch and Can freeze them.
