Honey Custard
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. honey
3 c. scalded milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Nutmeg
Instructions
Combine eggs, salt, and honey. Add milk slowly, stirring constantly. Add vanilla. Pour in custard cups; sprinkle with nutmeg. Place cups in pan of hot water, and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes, or until set. (If desired, instead of using custard cups, pour into a large mold and bake as above for 45 minutes.) .
