Peanut Butter Honey Balls
3/4 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. honey
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 c. skim powdered milk
1 c. oatmeal
1/4 c. toasted sesame seeds
Chopped nuts, toasted sesame seeds,
vermicelli or sprinkles
Instructions
In a medium sized bowl, combine peanut butter, honey and vanilla. Blend thoroughly. Mix milk powder and oatmeal together. Gradually add to peanut butter mixture, blending thoroughly, using hands if necessary to mix as dough begins to stiffen. Blend in sesame seeds. Add 2 tablespoons boiling water to mixture, if dry. Shape in one inch balls. Roll in finely chopped nuts, sesame seeds, vermicelli or sprinkles. Yield: approximately 3 dozen balls. Toast sesame seeds in preheated 200 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until lightly browned. .
