2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
2 c. cold water
1 tbsp. honey
1 1/4 c. pineapple juice (unsweetened)
1 1/2 c. unsweetened canned
pineapple, drained
2 med. size oranges, peeled and
separated in segments
1 banana |

| Instructions |
| Soften gelatin in cold water. In saucepan warm gelatin mixture and honey enough to dissolve gelatin and soften honey. Add pineapple juice and cool until almost set. Add pineapple chunks, orange segments and sliced bananas. Chill until set. |
