3/4 c. flour
1/4 c. honey
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Eyes, nose and mouth from

Bake pumpkin at 350 degrees until soft (30 minutes). Cool, peel and mash pumpkin. Mix all ingredients. Add: 2 tbsp. milk 1/4 c. pumpkin 1/2 c. butter Spoon into muffin pans. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. |
