2 c. chopped tart apples 1 c. raisins 1 c. brown sugar 1/8 tsp. cinnamon 1/8 tsp. nutmeg 1/8 tsp. salt 1 c. thick sour cream 1 recipe pie crust 1 tsp. flour
Instructions
Mix first 7 ingredients together. Line pie pan with pastry, dust with 1 teaspoon flour, pour in filling and cover with top crust. Bake in 450 degree oven 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 45 minutes longer or until apple are tender. Serve hot.
